Government Counsel
While KearneyAfrica advises both governments and companies in their transactions and their commercial aspirations, our team of lawyers are especially renowned as preferred advisors to Africa’s governments and state owned companies in their industrial and economic initiatives. We have been on the ground on the continent for a considerable time and have been committed to understanding the local needs, customs and laws in each respective country and are now recognized as advisors of skill, competency and good will towards Africa. We are thus frequently chosen as advisors to African governments or agencies to assist in contract negotiations, purchase and sale agreements, public-private partnerships, project financing of key state enterprises, infrastructure development and general commercial, industrial and regulatory advisory needs.
